These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dejada Club online store and any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pre-orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship when production is complete. Product images may include renders; the final product may vary slightly in color, material finish and dimensions. Padel rackets shown in photos are for illustration and are not included unless stated.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If an item is priced or described in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Dejada Club or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dejada Club is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
