Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Pre-order items ship when the production run is ready; the estimated ship date is shown on the product page, and we will email you if it changes. If it changes significantly, you may cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@dejada.co and we will help resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.
