FAQ

Is a padel racket included?

No. The kit is built around your own racket: it includes a padded canvas racket sleeve and a dedicated racket compartment, but not the racket itself.

When does my pre-order ship?

The first edition is estimated to ship in January–February 2027. Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed, and you get tracking by email as soon as yours leaves us.

What is the pre-order price?

Pre-orders from the first edition get an introductory price. When the first edition ships (estimated January–February 2027), prices move to the regular price shown crossed out on each product.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your kit ships. Just reply to your order email or write to hello@dejada.co.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What is the Refill Club?

A monthly delivery of fresh overgrips, frame tape and finger tape, so your kit is always stocked. It is coming in 2027, after the first kits ship. Join the list at the bottom of any page to be first in.
